WHAT IS AN APPEAL
In law, an appeal is the process in which cases are reviewed, where parties request a formal review of a judge’s decision. Appeals function both as a process for error correction as well as a process of clarifying and interpreting law. Basically, if you believe that a judge erred in a decision against you in court then you can appeal that decision (strict time frames apply).
Mrs. Butler enjoys the appeal process and reads through your entire case to find errors. If you believe that the court erred in your case please take the following steps.
Step 1: Call our office to schedule a consultation to sit down face to face with Mrs. Butler to go over your case. Even if you might not think you have much to go on, Mrs. Butler may be able to find legal discrepancies in your case.
